Giselle has more than 16 years experience in Speech and Language Therapy.
She qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2002 from the University of Malta and in 2008 she completed her Masters Degree in Child Language in Trinity College Dublin.
Giselle has worked in a variety of settings including community clinics, rehabilitation and disability. She has considerable experience in all areas of child language and communication difficulties – both developmental and acquired. Giselle has a special interest in the area of developmental disability and ASD and has been working in this specialized area for the last 11 years.
Giselle has experience in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), including Lamh (signing), the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and high tech communication devices. Giselle is also fully trained in assessing and managing feeding, eating, drinking, and swallowing disorders.
Giselle is CORU registered and is a member of the Irish Association of Speech and Language Therapists (IASLT).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
